When you submit something to dA you're stating that what you're sharing is your original artwork. By submitting something that is not your own--or you don't have written permission to use--you're committing copyright infringement. It's illegal in the united states and not allowed on deviantART as dA is governed by U.S. law.

If for any reason you don't understand what I'm saying, please ask me. I'd prefer that you learn and grow in dA than get upset and quit when your deviations get deleted.

I am glad you brought this up . i totaly understand what you are saying. I have the permision to use this pictuer. I dont think if you understand farsi but if you visit the link i put down as the description , the website gives you the permision to use the pictuers as long as you state where the pictuer is coming from . here is the writen farsi copyright note

by the way i have been here in DA since 2003 so i pretty much know most of the rules but i thank you and I really appreciate your comment and the time you put in for notifying me

I don't know that the general release will qualify, but dA staff will look at the image and decide. I'd actually come across the image while looking for works to feature for Thanksgiving. I was going to feature it, but because you didn't actually take the picture I didn't.

I always take the time out to try to let people know why their image is being reported and may be removed. I'm trying to do my part in keeping dA about original art. And I appreciate your understanding.

That’s really nice of you, and I really really appreciate ur honest work to keep the dA a better place for artists. Copyright is really a big issue and I totally understand your point. I think dA will understand my point too. As I said mehrnews agency gives u the permission to use its websites materials as long as you state their name but the real point is that we are all here to help each other and make the world a better place for everyone to live. Just like what you doing to keep this website a better place for all its users. With sharing this picture with others I think we can show people that how fortune we are that we have good lives. After we see god’s mercy in our life and we are thankful, then we understand the reality that we are here to help the needy people. I believe this picture still deserves to be featured, you never know that maybe someone rich might see this picture and start thinking about the poor people like this little kid who doesn’t even have food to eat. Put ur self in this kids shoes. He doesn’t even have shoes. If you were him , didn’t you want everyone in the world to see ur life’s conditions ? I don’t wanna drag this conversation, what I have said is just my personal opinion and I totally respect other peoples opinion and comments
